💚 करावे तसे भरावे 💚
अंशुल आणि समीर जिवाभावाचे मित्र. शेजारी, शेजारी राहायचे, एकच शाळा, पुढील महाविद्यालयीन शिक्षण पण एकत्रच. एकमेकांशिवाय त्यांचे पानही हलत नसे.
अंशुलचे वडील खूप संयमी, काटेकोर ,तत्त्वज्ञानी होते. अंशुलवर लहानपणापासून चांगले संस्कार केले होते. त्याच्या जीवनाला, वागणुकीला तत्त्वज्ञानाची बैठक होती.
“दया, क्षमा, शांती तेथे देवाची वसती”, “सर्वांप्रती समभाव”, “अतिथी देवो भव”, “गरजवंतास मदत करावी”, “शहाण्या माणसाने कोर्टाची पायरी चढू नये”, असे शब्द सतत त्याच्या कानावर पडायचे. त्यामुळे तोही सन्मार्गाने वागायचा.
समीर मात्र खूप गरीब परिस्थितीतून पुढे आलेला. शिक्षणात तो समीर पेक्षा पुढेच असायचा. हलाखीच्या परिस्थितीमुळे त्याचे व्यवहार ज्ञान चांगले होते. बरेचदा तो अंशुलच्या साधेपणाचा फायदा घ्यायचा. अंशुलही त्याला पुरेपूर मदत करायचा. अंशुल आपली मैत्री निर्हेतुकपणे पार पाडत होता, पण समीर मात्र याच गोष्टीचा गैरफायदा घ्यायचा.
इलेक्ट्रॉनिक शाखेतील अभियांत्रिकीचे शिक्षण घेऊन पुढील वाटचालीसाठी ते सज्ज झाले. नोकरी ऐवजी व्यवसाय करूयात असे ठरवले. व्यवासायाच्या संकल्पना मांडू लागले.
शेवटी अंशुलला एक खूप छान कल्पना सुचली. आजच्या काळात सगळ्यांकडे बिघडलेले मोबाईल फोन, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स च्या वस्तू धूळ खात पडलेल्या असतात. त्याच आपण कमी दरात विकत घ्यायच्या आणि त्यातील चांगल्या असलेल्या भागांचा उपयोग करून नवीन इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वस्तू तयार करून बाजारभावापेक्षा कमी दरात विकायच्या. याच्याने इलेक्ट्रॉनिक प्रदूषण कमी होईल आणि गरजवंताना कमी दरात वस्तू मिळतील.
सगळ ठरलं. दोघांनी मिळून व्यवसाय सुरू केला. यश मिळू लागलं. दोघांनी कधी एकमेकांना पैशाचा व्यवहार विचारला नाही. आणि इथेच अंशुलची फसवणूक झाली.
समीर ने स्वतःकडे जास्त नफा ठेवण्यास सुरुवात केली. काही दिवसांनी त्याने त्यांचा व्यवसाय स्वतःच्या नावावर करून घेतला. ध्यानीमनी नसताना अंशुलने काही कागदपत्रांवर सही केली आणि त्याला त्यातून बाहेर पडावे लागले.
आता त्याचे डोळे उघडले. झालेला सर्व प्रकार त्याने आपल्या वडीलांना सांगितला.
“बाबा, मी त्याला सर्वतोपरी मदत केली आणि त्याने माझ्या पाठीत खंजीर खुपसला. मी तर तुम्ही शिकवलेल्या वाटेवरूनच जात होतो.”
आता अंशुलच्या बाबांनाही पटले. आपण अंशुलला व्यवहार ज्ञान देण्यात कमी पडलो. त्यांनी आता चांगला वकील बघितला. केस न्यायालयात उभी राहिली आणि ते जिंकले. समीरला शिक्षा झाली, शेवटी करावे तसे भरावे ..
“बाबा, तुम्ही नेहमी म्हणता शहाणी माणसं कोर्टाची पायरी चढत नाही. आता आपण शहाणपणाची मर्यादा सोडली का?” अंशुल ने विचारलं.
“मी माझे ते शब्द मागे घेतो. नेहमी तत्वज्ञानावर चालून आयुष्य जगता नाही येत. चांगलं आयुष्य जगायचं असेल तर, व्यवहाराद्यानही आवश्यक आहे. आणि वेळप्रसंगी न्यायालयात जाऊन दाद मागायलाच हवी.” बाबांनी समजावलं.
टिप: शिक्षण आणि तत्वज्ञान असावेच पण त्याचबरोबर व्यवहार ज्ञानही असावे. व्यवहारातील झटके सोसल्याशिवाय आयुष्य पुढे जात नाही.
